Here’s something you probably didn’t know and you should be sitting down when you read this…… Banks do not make loans out of money they hold as deposits but accept promissory notes(loans) in exchange for credits(money) . They invent money out of thin air! This means that when you sign a contract it is not lawful because there is no concideration on the part of the bank , they bring nothing to the table, have nothing to lose and they are exchanging nothing. You are the one that brings a promise of labor. Banks control the amount of loans and the money supply charging you interest and fees, this causes inflation,hidden taxes and makes your dollar worth less every day. There has been a 96% devaluation of the dollar since the FED has come into being and defaults and foreclosures are tied to this system. You wonder why the economy is in such a mess. Banks control all of the money in circulation and basically it comes down to this question. How can a loan with the bank be legal if it is based on credit not legal tender like gold or silver. Untill you obtain what is called a ” Land Patent” and bring the “Allodial Title” forward in your name you are mearly making payments on “public Property” as appossed to “private Property”

Without this Allodial Title the government holds the actual patent or title to your property, even if the deed is in your name. Kinda makes you stop and think, don’t it?

Although it is your constitutional right, 99% of all americans don’t have this highest form of title on their homes or property , a allodial title or land patent. Instead they have deeds which are “color of titles” Better to find out how to secure a allodial title and not pay property taxes don’t you think? However this is up to the individual and you can make up your mind about that.
